DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING PROCESSING TIME
We process orders on the same day but some orders might take 1-2 business days. We cannot guarantee that orders placed late in the business day will be shipped out the same day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
We ship all orders from our Bittern dispatch centre.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur which can be tracked by you by clicking here. www.mewahgifts.com.au ships to addresses within the Australia addresses.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. For more information on tracking your orders, please click here.
Though we always try to resolve the shipment related queries and issue with our lovely customers at our best, www.mewahgifts.com.au is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
